We are all made up of energy and the Chakras are our energy management system. When we feel stressed or over-burdened it can often mean that one (or more) of our Chakras is out of balance or simply under-energised. Using a combination of energy healing, simple meditation, creative visualisation and breathing techniques Chakra Balancing Therapy can help to re-energise and rebalance your Chakras, allowing you to get on with your life.
Your first visit
Chakra Balancing Therapy begins with a client consultation to determine how imbalance is presenting in your life. Therapy begins with energy healing, breathwork and visualisation. Subsequent treatments can also incorporate one or more associated therapies such as aromatherapy, crystal healing and guided meditation.
NB: Please note that it is advisable to commit to a minimum of three sessions in Chakra Balancing Therapy, as the healing properties of this therapy are maximised when the client is able to do additional simple breathing techniques and visualisations at home between treatments.

All of our therapy treatments are currently only £25 per hour.
How to book
Please contact us directly to book your therapy session. We will arrange a mutually convenient time for your treatment to take place either during the day or early evening.
