Indian Head Massage is a technique of manipulating soft tissues in the shoulders and scalp. The therapist uses a range of different massage pressures and rhythms to stimulate the head and neck area. A typical massage lasts around 30-40 minutes. The technique releases muscle tension and stimulates circulation. This fully oxygenates the cells. It also stretches and mobilises the tissues of the neck and shoulders and stimulates lymphatic drainage.
It stimulates and improves scalp circulation which helps to promote texture combined with strength and growth of hair, it relaxes the scalp and tones up subcutaneous muscles thus helping to relieve headaches, eye strain and to focus concentration.
The technique soothes, comforts and harmonises the body's natural balance, so helping to promote physical and psychological well being leaving you with a feeling of peace and tranquillity.
Your first visit
Before treatment takes place a full consultation is conducted to ensure that there are no contra-indications, and to ensure that treatment is delivered in the most effective way for each client's unique requirements.

All of our therapy treatments are currently only £25 per hour.
