Reiki is safe to use anytime, anywhere, and in any situation.
Your first visit
Reiki is one of the most accessible of the healing therapies, as there is no need to remove any clothing, and the therapy can be conducted with the client in a standing, sitting or lying down position. The reiki couch is most commonly used, as this encourages deep relaxation.
NB: Please note that it is advisable to commit to a minimum of three sessions in reiki, in order to fully benefit from the unique healing properties of this therapy.

All of our therapy treatments are currently only £25 per hour.
