Relaxation classesOur relaxation classes are ideal if you need to take time out from a busy or stressful lifestyle. Stress can be a major contributor to illness and imbalance within the body, mind and emotions. Reducing stress can result in improved levels of health and happiness.

Anyone can take part in our relaxation classes. Learn gentle stretching exercises to help rebalance the body making it more supple and strong. Easy breathing exercises will help release emotional stress and energise your body. Listen to guided meditations and creative visualisations to help release emotional trauma and encourage deep relaxation.

Classes of up to 4 people at a time means that tuition is of excellent quality. So you can bring a friend or relative. Solo tuition is also available where we can tailor the exercises, breathingand meditations just for you.

Relaxation classes £15 per person

Solo tuition is also offered in one-hour classes and may be booked for any weekday by arrangement and costs £25. The first appointment time in the morning is 10.00am and the last is 7.00pm

How to book

Please contact us directly to book your tuition or workshop. We will arrange a mutually convenient time for your lesson to take place either during the day or early evening.
