It is a system which combines physical stretching movements with breathing exercises and meditation techniques that can balance body, mind and spirit. Anyone can take part in our Yoga tuition or workshops; all ages and levels of fitness. Learn to use yoga for improving health, weight loss and flexibility, through to combating depression and insomnia.
One-day workshops may be arranged for an individual doing the workshop on a one-to-one basis or up to four people booking together for a group workshop.

Yoga tuition £25
Solo tuition is offered in one-hour classes and may be booked for any weekday by arrangement. The first appointment time in the morning is 10.00am and the last is 7.00pm
Yoga one day workshops £145
One-day workshops may be arranged for an individual doing the workshop on a one-to-one basis or for a group of up to four people booking together for a group workshop.
How to book
Please contact us directly to book your tuition or workshop. We will arrange a mutually convenient time for your lesson to take place either during the day or early evening.
